CONSTRUCTION MANAGERYou will support and manage the construction activities (including architectural work) associated with the building of a new township.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years’ demonstrated track record in building and civil engineering work

SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYORYou will prepare estimates and bills of quantities, conduct site checking, variation pricing and perform contract claims, billings and settlement of final accounts.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in estimating, taking quantities and contract claims for building / civil works

INFRASTRUCTURE COORDINATOR / ENGINEERYou will coordinate the infrastructure works associated with the construction of a new township. This would include water supply, sewerage, storm drainage, irrigation, electrical, telecommunication, retaining wall and road finishing.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar capacity

PROJECT FINANCE MANAGERYou will maintain project-related financial management systems, provide timely submission of monthly financial report and analysis and coordinate financial work on site.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in Accountancy / ACCA
- Minimum 5-8 years’ similar experience preferably in the construction industry
- Possess good working knowledge of ACCPAC system

Your primary role is to carry out studies, planning, design and supervision of a wide range of environmental engineering works. Your responsibilities will include guiding junior environmental engineers; as well as preparing design and technical specifications, and bid proposals for environmental projects. You will also assist in identifying opportunities and expanding environment business for the company in the region.

Requirement & Attributes:
- Good Degree/Masters in Civil/Environmental Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water resources engineering related to sustainable storm water management, hydrologic and hydraulic modeling/analysis as well as water sensitive urban design (WSUD)
- Good technical knowledge related to hydrology, hydraulics and water quality
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prepared to undertake projects in Singapore and overseas

Cost Estimator ( To be based in Singapore )
Responsibilities:
- Perform the main functions of Product and Project Estimate Costing
- Analyze tender documents and study the scope of work
- Prepare tender bid proposals
- To work with internal departments and suppliers/contractors to compile cost information for material, labour and sub-contract cost
- To set up and maintain cost database for Standard Product Cost / Modified Product Cost / Project Cost
- To support Cost Estimate exercise to other Business Unit within WOM Group when required.

Requirements:
- Candidates must have a Diploma in Industrial / Manufacturing / Marine / Mechanical Engineering
- At least 3 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge of Surface Wellhead equipment is preferred
- Able to read and understand P&ID drawings. Engineering drawings and Bill of Material
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software is required

The Company operates on a 5 day week and offers attractive remuneration package to the successful candidate. Company Transport will be provided withinSingapore.
